Full License Terms

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, RailsKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate the purchased components into your projects. This license is perpetual and does not expire, provided you comply with these terms.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use components in unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects.
  • Modify components to fit your needs.
  • Use components in applications that are sold to end users.
  • Use components in open-source projects, provided the component source code itself is not exposed in the repository.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, share, or publish the component source code in any form.
  • Resell, sublicense, or offer the components as part of a component library, theme, template, or similar product.
  • Share your RailsKit account or GitHub repository access with others.
  • Use the components to create a product that directly competes with RailsKit.
  • Claim authorship of the original component code.

4. Ownership

RailsKit retains all intellectual property rights to the components. Your purchase grants a license to use the components, not ownership of the underlying code or designs. Modifications you make to components for your own projects are your property.

5. Updates

Your license includes access to all updates, improvements, and new components added to the library. Updates are delivered through the website and the private GitHub repository.

6. Support

RailsKit provides documentation and guides for all components. While we offer email support for questions and issues, we do not guarantee response times or implementation assistance beyond the scope of the components themselves.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the components in new projects. Components already integrated into existing, deployed projects may continue to be used.
